How long will it take to get my order ?

US Orders:

All orders shipped within the US are sent either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Small orders and items 5 pounds or less are shipped via Priority Mail and should arrive within 2 to 3 business days. We ship orders via Priority Mail every day but Saturday. Our daily cutoff for same day shipping is 2pm EST. All orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day. Large items and orders over 5 pounds are shipped via UPS ground service. We ship from Baltimore, MD. Your delivery time will vary depending upon location. East Coast destinations are generally delivered in 2 to 5 days, West Coast 4 to 7 days. All packages are covered by us against loss or damage. Next day Express Mail or UPS 2nd Day Express services are also available.

International Orders:

International Orders are shipped via International Air Mail or International Surface Mail. Air Mail take 4 to 10 days to most countries, Surface Mail is 4 to 6 weeks. Other carriers services are also available.

* Non-defective items that are shipped at discounted or free shipping rates and are later returned will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from your refund. Returns that received free gift wrap will be subject to a gift wrap fee of $1.95 gift wrapped box.
