ACAPULCO 

Acapulco Mexico is considered one of the pristine beach resorts in the entire country. With visitors coming from around the world all year long, Acapulco is beautiful and an exciting place to visit.  Known for beautiful weather, amazing food, an abundance of outdoor activities, museums, luxury hotels, and more, you will love spending time there. For example, in Acapulco Bay, you can visit the Playa Revolcadero area, which was at one time a private place of the Acapulco Princess. 

Although you will find many wonderful resort areas in Mexico, Acapulco is by far the loudest and largest.  When visiting this city, you will discover a rhythm that is exciting and adventurous.  Today, approximately two million people live in this city yet you can find many areas that are reclusive and quiet.  For hotel accommodations, Acapulco boasts some of the worlds finest, many situated right on the beach.

If you love to golf, then Acapulco is a great place to go.  There are four outstanding golf courses, each with beautiful scenery to enjoy.  However, you can leave the busy city life of Acapulco and head off to jungles, islands, lagoons, and estuaries to explore the outer edge.  There, you will find magnificent wildlife, flowers, and plant species, all against a beautiful blue sky.  The weather in Acapulco is wonderful all year although winter months do cool off slightly. 

Known as the Pearl of the Pacific, Acapulco is the most visited spot in all of Mexico.  With amazing character and charm, the atmosphere here is like nothing else.  Unfortunately, Acapulco lost some of its appeal in the late 1980s and early 1990s.  However, after a horrific hurricane in 1997, more than one billion dollars was invested in the city by the government, cleaning up the bay and improving the local services.  The result is a new and improved Mexican city well worth a visit. 

Full of energy and color, Acapulco is similar to New York in that it is a city that never sleeps.  People mill about day and night, whether to enjoy pristine beaches or some of the hot nightclub spots.  With famed attractions, you can enjoy quiet time or vibrancy, whichever you want, which is why Acapulco is so grand.
